Now the Town Hall, the villa has a beautiful garden overlooking the lake. The building consists of an L-shaped three-storey building.
The façade looks towards the lake, allowing a splendid view of Pella, Ronco and the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso.

Erected on the site of a medieval pre-existence, of which part of the wall face and five portals are preserved, the building has undergone several alterations and extensions over the centuries; some restorations are recent. The interior retains very little of its former furnishings.
